It's never too late to start strength training...
My amazing client Alison started strength training 6 months ago with her daughter. Her daughter left to live abroad and when she left she could deadlift 80kg. We joked that Alison would be stronger than her by the time she is back and just a few months later (this week) Alison lifted 82kg (& is the third strongest in Strength Club 🥳).
