⚽🏆 End of Season Awards and Thank You - 25/26🏆⚽️

As another football season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the CM Flooring Consett Sunday League this past year.

From the players who gave everything on the pitch week in, week out… to the managers, coaches, and volunteers who keep everything running behind the scenes… the league wouldn’t exist without help from everyone who has played their part.

👏A massive congratulations to all of our team and individual award winners this season, with new and old faces claiming trophies👏

We’re proud to share this year’s winners below, celebrating their talent and highlighting the achievements of those around us in our local area🏅

We’d also like to thank our referees for their time and dedication over the course of the season, as well as supporters and families for backing the teams every week, and sponsors and partners of both league and clubs for their continued support 🙌

We hope everyone involved has a well-earned break, and we look forward to seeing you all again next season, with more teams, players and football on offer to fill in your Sunday mornings👋

MOTM - Kieron Taylor⭐️

Despite strong nominations for Tanfield’s Grant Parker and Winlaton’s Harvey Ridley and Niall Graham, Keiron Taylor emerges with tonight’s award. A performance in the midfield which at times left Tanfield in space and Winlaton in trouble leads to a deserved individual medal for the young lad.

Tanfield win the Jack & Tony Grigg with a 2v1 victory over Winlaton Vulcan🏆

A huge well done to Winlaton, who battled to the end and could have found themselves winners on a different day, instead however, Tanfield wrap their season up and increase their trophy count and will celebrate into the night!!
