I’ve had a lot of conversations recently with people who want coaching…

but aren’t quite ready to commit to full 1–1 personal training.

So I’m opening a limited number of small group training slots (max 4 people per group).

This isn’t a bootcamp.

This is coached training — just in a small group setting.

You’ll still get:

✔ guidance on every session
✔ technique coaching
✔ structured programming
✔ support to build confidence in your body
✔️ guidance outside of the gym

Just with a lower price point than 1–1.

This is ideal if:
• You’ve trained before but feel out of routine
• You’ve lost confidence in your body
• You want to get stronger without training alone
• You want coaching — not guesswork

Hey guys! I RARELY post things like this, but I was chatting with a few friends the other day who were asking about my personal training sessions here in Consett and what I actually do…

And as I was reflecting on the past 6 months, I realised just how insane some of the recent client wins have been - not just in terms of weight loss or strength, but in how it’s transformed their confidence, energy and daily lives.

So, I wanted to offer something to anyone who wants to feel stronger, fitter, more capable and more confident in their body - a chance to work with me for free.

👉 Ethan, 20 year old with the aim of getting fit enough for passing army selection. Over 6 months he lost over 15kg while becoming proficient in bodyweight and barbell movements.
👉 John, 31, inconsistent training for years and frequent back pain flare ups, now boasts a Back Squat over 110kg and Deadlift over 120kg at 85kg bodyweight. All while experiencing no pain during the movement.

Finally got the 130kg Power Clean! 140kg now?

Thankfully .gym got footage as I’m terrible at content and forgot to record the attempt 🤦‍♂️

Also I have no idea what happened to my legs (blame 26.1!) and I do not advise landing your cleans like this!
