And finally we come to the clubman award
I’ve spoken about all the players so this is just going to be a straight to the point award, the clubman player is going to a player with the most player of the match awards, a player who’s been consistently brilliant through the season. And in this case it happens to be two players so with 11 player of the match performances EACH a big round of applause for Alfie Morris and Oliver jones

Next up managers player and I get to talk about a player who, sometimes leaves me lost for words… and that doesn’t happen very often. As you all know
When this player first come To me.
he was quiet. Nervous. Head down, speaking only when spoken to. You’d never have guessed that standing in front of me was going to turn into one of the most all rounded footballers I’ve ever had the privilege to coach.
But that’s the maddest thing about him. He still doesn’t really acknowledge it. Hes humble at the idea of how
Good he is And that, more than anything, is why he’s so special. He’s improved so much over the season gaining knowledge training hard and in high level games too. He’s very easy to coach.
this lad is an absolute beast too
He’s strong, he’s powerful, and when he steps on that pitch he defends like a tank. You can throw whatever you want at him and he’ll eat it up. His football awareness is very good I’ve never seen anyone read the flight of a ball quite like he does. He anticipates, he intercepts, he sweeps up danger before most players even realise there’s danger there.
This season we asked him to play in two completely different roles and he dominated them both.
And when we need him to go forward? He can dribble, he can carry the ball, and yes — the boy can score too. He’s got everything.
I can stand here and rant and rave all night his attitude. Brilliant. First class. Never a moan, never an excuse, just pure hard work and hunger every single session. . He makes everyone around him better. And he does it all with that same quiet, humble nature he walked in with on day one. a massive round of applause for Oliver

The next award is for players player. This one comes from the players, The lads who train with him every week, who battle alongside him on Saturdays, who know better than anyone what he really does. When your own teammates stand up and say “you’re the one. that means a lot
And this year, that award goes to a player who’s been an absolute machine all season.
From the very first day of pre-season, you’ve been at the highest level
Set the bar for what it should be.
a Strong, talented, and relentless player. a top defender: pace, power, timing, and that natural reading of the game that can’t be taught. But what sets you apart is what you do when the ball is there to be won.
People started avoiding him
If there’s a 50-50, they know they’re probably coming out second best. Because you don’t go in half-hearted. You go in 100%. Every single time. You’ve won tackles this season that looked impossible. You’ve made blocks that kept us in games, you never rest until that balls won, You’ve led from the back and took the rest of the team
forward with you.
But it’s not just the physical stuff. Your attitude is incredible. You don’t give up on a single ball, a single minute, or a single teammate. I speak with him
After games and never once has he spoke bad about anyone else or blamed his team for a loss it always lies on his shoulders.
This season he could’ve won any individual award. He stepped up in every single game as the captain and shown us what the standard should be. A player that’s been with me every single step of the way and his atitude has never once changed in every single game. The next award tho is a double one it’s for parents player and a loyalty award
Firstly Parents player an award that means so much because it comes directly from the parents who watch every training session, every match, and every moment of hard work.
What a season. What a player.the stats speak for themselves the highest goals and highest assist tally this season.
Twenty goals and fifteen assists – that’s thirty-five direct goal contributions in one campaign. That is not just impressive; that is outstanding. In a competitive league, against tough opposition, week in and week out, You’ve turned up, you’ve performed, and you’ve made everyone around you better.
But stats only tell half the story. I’ve watched you develop since you first caught the eye as a young lad. Six years at Connah’s Quay Tigers. Six years of loyalty, commitment, and continuous improvement. From the moment you started training
At wepre school, on walked a nervous young player and every single year since you’ve taken steps forward. and This season he’s taken a giant leap. Your technical ability, your football brain,
You can pass, you can dribble, you can unlock defences with a single moment of magic… and when you strike one of those absolute screamers from distance, my very own Bruno Fernandes – with that ability to produce something out of nothing when the team needs it most. Also he picks up the honour for top goal scorer too And well deserved

The next award is a double
One too this for the best attitude and coaches player of the year which was chosen by Andy. Firstly This was not an easy decision for best atitude. In fact, it was one of the hardest calls I’ve had to make all season. We had several players who showed outstanding commitment, who turned up every single session with the right mindset and gave everything for this team. They all deserved serious consideration. But in the end, one player just edged it. One player stood out for his relentless consistency, his hunger to improve, and the example he sets for everyone around him. His parents should be incredibly proud of him tonight — and not just because hes won this award. They should be proud because hes earned this through the way he carrys himself with a first-class attitude not only off the pitch, but especially on it. He never complains. He battles. He listens to every single instruction from his coaches he takes in every word during team talks. Hes willing to learn new roles, adapt, and put the team first. That kind of character is rare.
He’s passionate, hes fearless, and let’s be honest — one hell of a player.
Just look at what he’s done recently. We asked him to move into a new position as a winger, he hit it head on
And In his last five games in that new role, hes delivered three goals and three assists.

The next award is for another Most Improved Player Award it was too
Close to call so gone for both.
When the season began, this player was a different player You could see it in his performance and in his body language. He looked deflated. The passion and spark that once burned so brightly on the pitch had dimmed.
But the story didn’t end there. Slowly, steadily, something began to change.
Week by week, he gave it his all he attended a lot of training and training session by training session, we watched him find his feet again. We saw the fire return. We saw him come to extra fitness sessions, put in extra work, and start demanding more from himself. His attitude shifted dramatically, on the pitch He became a player the lads looked up to, a more vocal leader in the warm ups.
And the results spoke for themselves.
Nineteen goals and six assists. The majority of that output came in the second half of the season, when he truly came alive. He turned from a player who was struggling to make an impact into one of the most complete players in the team. But this award isn’t just about the goals and assists. It’s about the complete package: the growth in performance matched by the growth in character.
Even tho he’s got the record for the amount of yellow and red cards aswell which we won’t talk about.
So this award is for the player who refused to stay down when things got tough. It’s for the player who rediscovered his talent and changed his mindset, and his influence on everyone around him.

this is the first double award it’s for the most improved player and for the Peter Tinson Award is which dates back four years and has been won by players. it already carries real weight because it celebrates something deeper than goals, assists, or trophies. It recognises the player who shows up and keeps going when circumstances are extra ordinary.
This season tested all of us, but for him
it tested something very personal. During the month of Ramadan, he played fasting — no food, no water from sunrise to sunset. In the heat with hardly any players. the matches were long and He was exhausted at the end of the games. Yet every time the team needed him he was there. Not because he had to prove anything, but because thats what he’s all about.
He’s improved a lot over the last few weeks and has seemed to find his role as a striker scoring 4 in his last 2 games he constantly battles doesn’t stop working and scores because he’s in the right place at the right time never given up on a loose ball.
He should be proud to be a person who can score goals and win games and the person who every time steps on that pitch gives 100% no matter what , but even prouder that people see the other side: the player who never complains, who will play any position asked of him, who puts the team first no matter what. Football is about talent, yes — but it is also about heart, discipline, and sacrifice. The Peter Tinson Award and most improved stands for exactly that,

First up for the awards is the Peter Tinson award and also a bit of a sad one a farewell It’s never easy to stand here and say goodbye to one of your own especially when that player has meant so much to this team, this club, and to me personally. has decided to move on to a new chapter elsewhere, and while we wish him nothing but success, we do so with heavy hearts.
For the years he wore our colours, the tigers top he was everything you could ask for in a player and more. He was fantastic – an absolute relentless player. Strong and powerful, he carried himself like a warrior on the pitch. Opponents felt his presence the moment he stepped onto the field. He wasn’t just big and athletic; he had that rare combination of physical dominance and technical quality that made him a nightmare to defend against.
But what I’ll remember most is the ruthlessness in front of goal. This player was a born finisher. When the ball dropped in the box, all he wanted to do was score. This season he’s knocked up 16 goals and 9 assists too. The reason for the Peter Tinson award is a award that goes beyond football it’s an award that was earned through his acts off the pitch aswell as on them, during the month of Ramadan he came to games he was fasting from sunrise to sunset and he came and gave it his all in the games when the energy was drained, that must of been so tough to play the standard he did with no food or water he played to a very high level still and never moaned once so well done to him. I want to take a moment to talk about someone who’s been a big part of team
From the first day you joined us, you gave it everything. You didn’t just turn up — you worked, you listened, you improved every single week. And it showed. You were scoring goals, grabbing assists, linking up play, and developing into a proper player at this higher level. You made a real progress.
He made a difficult decision.
He was brave enough to sit down with his parents and say, ‘I’m not enjoying this anymore.’ That’s not easy. Alfie had the same conversation with me
When he was at airbus. A lot of lads this age would have kept quiet, kept going just because they were doing well or because they didn’t want to let people down. And believe me I know he kept going because he didn’t want to let the team
Down But you had the courage to be honest with himself and with others. In football, we talk a lot about bravery on the pitch — tackles, last-man challenges, putting your body on the line. But the real bravery is sometimes off the pitch,
Enjoyment matters. This game is demanding enough when you love it. When the fire inside isn’t burning the same way, it becomes hard. You recognised that, and you chose to step away and follow a different road. I’ve got nothing but respect for that decision.
