To then seeing them on this journey that each step of the way allows them to feel more positive, confident and strong

I know when I’m on that first call with somebody their life is about to COMPLETELY change.

It’s why I’m never pushy on consultation calls, you either want the results and you’re ready to get them

Or you’re not

But I only want to work with you if you’re ready

You’re ready to commit mentally, you’re ready to listen, you’re ready to invest time into yourself and you’re ready to make certain compromises

My client here was ready, she took my advice onboard completely, communicated daily / weekly and followed her program to a T

Her routine because of that completely transformed, so did her body, fitness and feelings towards herself

So today I had my endometriosis removed

It’s been very fast as a process as it was only suggested I had it several weeks ago

I know I have a lot of girls on the team / people who approach for coaching in a similar boat to myself so when I say I can relate I genuinely really can

For years I’ve struggled with pain here and there, but I genuinely believe I’ve managed it so well due to being so active and having a good relationship with food

Every time I gained weight it was always much worse, the symptoms I got were much more intense and I always felt much more lethargic

So I genuinely do think one of the best ways to manage something like this yourself is through diet and exercise, I dread to think what it might have been like without that management

(I totally underestimated recovery and will be taking a few days just to get myself back fit and fighting again - I genuinely thought I’d be in the gym again by Wednesday 😂🙈)

Are there outfits you wont wear or wont buy because you don’t think they’ll suit you?

Or maybe you don’t feel confident in them at the moment

You’ve got endless amounts of clothes in the wardrobe but all you wear at the moment are baggy clothes or gym wear

Natalie had an oh polly dress she was desperate to own and wear

She just wanted to feel confident and wear the clothes she WANTED

And not let her worries or concerns dictate how she felt on nights out

But Natalie knew she was an all or nothing gal

She’d tried endless amounts of times and it always lead to the same thing, starting from the beginning again

She wasn’t maintaining a long enough period to get the results she wanted

She knew she needed help

So, we gave her the accountability she needed, that person to ask her why a workout hadn’t been done or if she’d prepped her food for the busy week ahead

This stopped the ‘f**k it’ mentality.

By making small changes, keeping her accountable, educating Natalie around diet and having an effective program in place she’s now:

-lost 19kg
-WORE her oh polly dress

All she did was reach out

“Finding the time in the day for myself is always hard”

You get up

You go to work

And you WORK hard.

You’re insanely driven and nobody is denying that, you’re going to get the promotions and you’re going to reap the benefits because you’re grafting hard and proving to yourself and everyone around you that you’re GREAT at your job

But

Are you as good at prioritising your own time?

You’re busy, and you love your job - that’s bloody amazing

I’m EXACTLY the same, BUT

You’re going to burn out

You’re going to work, coming home, working some more, eating and going to bed

Then at the weekends you’re seeing friends or going to this friends wedding and then that friends hen do

WHERE DO YOU COME IN?

You’re starting to feel groggy, you don’t feel healthy any more

Your food routines have become a blur because everything you eat is out of pure convenience

And when you do finally make time to exercise you just do some half hearted effort because you’re time restricted

We get it, my client gets it

But she said enough is enough, I need to make the time for me even if it means adjusting my day or getting up earlier

My client wanted to be wedding ready and NOTHING was going to stop her

But she also wanted to reap all of the health benefits from exercise too

It’s all well and good having a great job, but if you feel like s**t outside of it where’s the fun?

Since starting with us My client has lost just under 10kg, got MARRIED (and had a month’s honeymoon!), trains every morning 4x a week before work which she wouldn’t have DREAMT of before and feels the fittest she has maybe ever?!

Throughout this whole process My clients job hasn’t been an issue once, because we made exercising FIT

She never felt overstretched or overwhelmed, it’s just worked (and that’s important for long term results right!)

You might be smashing work right now, but if you don’t do something for you then you’re going to start resenting it

My client finally got to the point where she realised she was fed up of feeling crappy, and wanted to gain some self confidence back again.

26lbs down

When she first came to us she was ready to work.

Small things had to change, she needed structure and accountability, knowing how to balance her weekends and just the reassurance that the things she was doing were getting her to her goals. Not to mention, it couldn't be boring.

She needed a program

Something to get her up and working towards her goal every single day

Something to stop her thinking 'f**k it, I'll start again on Monday'

That's what we did.

I gave her new workouts every single week, nutrition was broken down and worked on together, on bad days we talked things through and on good days we celebrated.

She worked hard because she had the reassurance that her time WAS NOT being wasted and the results were going to show!

Where is she now?

-She's lost over 26lbs of body fat!!!!!
-She's worked out religiously
-She's ENJOYED IT
-Her mentality has totally changed

Taking some time off

This is genuinely the first time I’ve actually taken a weeks holiday for about 3 years now

I’ve been completely obsessed with my work and it’s meant I’ve not wanted to step away for long periods - but I realise how important it is to take downtime and after advising clients to do it all the time it was about time I listened to what I preached

Anyway, you’ll never guess where I am?!

For anyone who knows me you’ll know I am absolutely obsessed with a certain TV show, I watch it almost everyday as comfort, if I’m sad it’s my go to (along with friends hehe) and it’s just something I love

So I can’t even describe to you how much this place has been on my bucket list 😂

I’m in Benidorm searching for Mateo and Madge 💃🏼

It’s exactly as I imagined, tonight we’re going to the Benidorm palace and I also feel like I’ll regret this but I really want to see sticky vicky 😂 (but she’s on at like 2 am and I couldn’t make it to then on the first night so we’ll see😴😂)

Anyway, there’s my lil reason for my trip here 😂

Those jeans collecting dust in your wardrobe

What would you do if I told you to get them out and try them on?

Probably panic and say ‘but they don’t fit’

That’s pretty much what my client said on our first ever conversation

“I have so many clothes that just don’t fit anymore, I don’t want to buy new ones because I don’t want to admit I’m not getting back into them!”

How long have you been hoping you’d fit back into those old jeans for? (Or maybe it’s a dress/skirt)

You’ve kept them for this long, so it’s clearly something you want…

But maybe you just don’t know where to begin?

Or maybe you’re so stuck in your habits that every time you attempt to make a change you just resort back to your old routines

You have tried, and tried and yet it just doesn’t seem to be happening

Trust me, you’re not alone, my client has been there and lots of girls who I talk to on calls have been there too

There comes a point where admitting that something in your lifestyle needs to change or they’re never going to be worn again

That’s OK!

it’s better to finally admit that something isn’t working than to keep dragging your feet feeling unhappy

Nobody should ever be unhappy in their body

And I said this to my client when she first started

My client said, if I could just get back into those clothes that was where I was happiest

So we got there

And guess what, she felt amazing

You can too

So what will it be, continue questioning if you’ll ever wear them again

Or actually wearing them again?
