Ever fancied having a go at a swim run? Then why not sign up for our GOG Aquathlon!

This is beginner friendly with a choice of distances, all at Eirias Park Leisure Centre and Stadium.

Junior entry is just £1 and adults £5 and all participants get a lovely slate medal to take home with them.

You don't need to have any experience, nor do you need to be part of a club. This is beginner friendly and you can sign up here.

Despite Storm Amy’s best efforts, the North Wales Community Day by Triathlon Cymru is still on this Sunday, starting at 10:00 at the Wild Horse Tap Room.

Not long to go! 🏊‍♂️ 🚲 🏃‍♀️

We’re thrilled to introduce a junior element to our Eirias Triathlon this April! 🎉 🏃‍♂️🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️

🌟 FREE for all children! 🌟 This is the perfect opportunity for kids to try all three aspects of triathlon—they can do as much or as little as they choose!

We’re teaming up with GOG Triathlon Juniors and their amazing coaches will be there to support and guide the kids. 💪

🏅 Every child will receive a certificate for each section completed & a medal for taking part.
👧🧒 No pressure, no race—just a fun, supportive way to experience the sport!

📅 Sunday 6th April
🏊‍♂️ Swim: 10:30-11:30 @ Colwyn Bay Swimming Pool
🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Bike & Run: 12:30-1:30 @ Stadium CSM
