What is fitness and what defines health?
Does aesthetics mean you are fit an healthy?
The answer is not always. Although this can be a by product of increasing your training and making better food choices health is more than clean eating.
Health is not only a healthy body but a healthy mind and environment you have around you.
To deprive yourself of opportunities and enjoying the people and environment you have is unhealthy.
We are currently at a point in society where we constantly look for approval or worry about what other peoples perception of us are. Think we need to look and act in a certain way. This needs to change. The only change you should be making is the one you want to make, and what brings you in to a place of all round better health.
Once you are ready to make that positive change in your life you will see the benefits physically mentally and environmentally.
So a few tips from us,
1. Start caring about what you think and not what others think.
2. Take some time for yourself in each day whether it be some gym training, a walk or even read a book.
3. Don't let opportunities pass you by and make the most of them when they come along.
