Opening hours for the next few weeks as we kick things off here at Teth Sauna. If you fancy a sauna session outwith these times - we may be able to extend the hours on either side.

SAUNA DAY ONE🧖‍♀️

Thanks to the dozen or so legends that came down to get a sweat on this morning😁 Everything went to plan with our soft launch today meaning it’s full steam (no pun intended) ahead with public sessions from now on🪵🔥

OPENING TIMES this week:
Thurs 18th: 2-7pm
Fri 19th: 2-7pm
Sat 20th: 8am-5pm
Sun 21st: 8am-5pm

Over time this will likely ebb and flow with demand and feedback. If there’s a time you’d like outwith these windows - just let us know.

Morning sunrise kayaking on the East Coast of Scotland🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Just look at that light shining on the water🌅

We’re now running sit-on-top kayaking tours & beginner/family fun sessions. Perfect for those who want to try something new, or might be apprehensive about standing up and falling off whilst paddleboarding👍

Our main focus will remain paddleboarding for now, so if we don’t have kayaking scheduled when we post our lessons - just ask! The opportunity for one of our followers to win a kayaking session for up to 6 people may be coming soon…⏳
