The all or nothing mentality when it comes to the gym and dieting will KILL your progress faster than almost anything else… here’s why⁣

Getting in shape is a long and slow process, not only does it take a while to get to your goal, but it also takes consistent effort to maintain it once you get there. ⁣

If you have an all or nothing mentality when it comes to training, dieting etc. You will never really be able to keep your results long term…⁣

You may get results short term whilst you do everything exactly as you think they “should be” done, but then as soon as you mess up on your diet, or miss a few days training, you will have huge resistance to getting back to doing everything perfectly. If you’re an all or nothing person you will know exactly what I’m talking about. ⁣

Staying in shape long term is just too hard if you’re trying to do everything perfectly all the time. It’s just too difficult for most people… instead try this:⁣

Just do what you can, as often as you can, and accept things are going to not be perfect, and they are going to be a bit messy. ⁣

This kind of thinking is far more flexible, and it makes staying in shape much easier - you won’t be perfect, but if your able to do everything right 80% of the time, and your able to stick to that long term, its SO much better than being perfect every other month or every six months. ⁣

Consistency Is incredibly important - if the way you’re approaching your diet and training is not optimised for consistency, your plan has a huge weakness. ⁣

Fix the consistency problem, and watch your results soar as you accumulate months and years of progress

I set a goal for myself many years ago to find a lasting and meaningful relationship… fast forward to now and I’m engaged to the love of my life. ⁣

I started my dating journey being unconfident, shy and not having that much experience with women. ⁣

Over time I was committed to getting better, I worked on myself and increased my confidence, pushed the boundaries of my comfort zone, and day by day, step by step found myself getting closer and closer to success. ⁣

The amazing thing is that you can hugely improve your dating skills and the ability to attract the ideal partner… It’s not all luck like people think it is. You just have to know what to do and have someone guide you along the way. ⁣

If you want to find a loving and fufilling relationship, but are not sure how, or feel like you aren’t able to pull it off, I can assure you that if you focus on this area like you would any other, and focus on getting better, you will.⁣

I used to be really self conscious about the way I looked, especially my body. ⁣⁣

I used to be out of shape, and would always dream about having the body of an athlete or a celebrity, and to be honest I always thought that would remain a dream. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Fast forward to now and I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made, I feel fitter, healthier, more confident and so much more accepting of myself. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The biggest thing that helped me was getting someone to show me exactly what to do the get the results I was looking for. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
When I started out I was trying all kinds of stuff that I found from the internet. The problem was I heard so much conflicting information and so many different programs and things to try, that I felt over whelmed and just out of confusion I felt paralysed and never felt I was making any progress. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Once I found someone who would show me exactly what to do, how long to do it for etc. things became SO MUCH easier. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
There was no confusion, no doubt about what I was doing etc. I could just do my 2-3 gym sessions a week and forget about it. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The strange thing was that I was doing less work and actually getting more results. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I stuck with it, and now I really do feel I have the body of my dreams. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
To everyone who is reading this - if you want more from the way you look and your body, trust me that the results are out there for you, waiting to be realised. ⁣⁣

You just need to find someone to help you focus on what program and diet is best for you, and keep you on track as the weeks and months progress. ⁣⁣

I'm so proud of my client Seb, he made this incredible transformation in the space of a year. ⁣

Most people don't think they can achieve something like this... but the reality is that they can, and MUCH more..⁣
