With the temperatures set to soar, please make sure dancers come prepared for class!

💧 Bring plenty of drinks (and then some!)
👕 Wear cool, comfortable clothing
🧻 A sweat towel or cold wet flannel can really help
⏸️ We’ll be having plenty of drink breaks throughout classes

The most important thing is that everyone stays safe, hydrated, and ready to dance! 💖🩰

Our Ipswich branch acro students working hard on their handstand and walkover combinations! 💪

We’re also focusing on strong handstand foundations, building the strength, control and technique needed before progressing onto more advanced skills. It’s great to see everyone working so hard and making fantastic progress! ⭐

THROWBACK TUESDAY! 🌞✨

INTERSCHOOL 2025 🏆

What an incredible day we had at our annual in-house competition! From beginners taking to the floor for the very first time to our experienced competition squad, every performer gave it their all and made us so proud. 💛

A day full of fun, teamwork, confidence, and amazing performances, topped off with a party to celebrate everyone’s hard work! 🥳🎉

We’re already counting down to the next one! 🌟

🏆 Colchester City Championships! 🏆

A huge well done to all of our dancers who competed yesterday! There was some very tough competition, but everyone danced beautifully and gave it their all. We were thrilled to see so many callbacks throughout the day! ✨

Special shout-outs to:
💖 Ava – competing in her very first ADFP competition and dancing amazingly in every category!
💖 Lily – gaining grade points in both her Fast & Slow solos and earning a grade move, meaning she is now a Starter in Fast! 🌟
💖Ivy gaining a grade point in Fast!
💖 Aleah and Mia gaining a grade point in Pairs!

A big thank you to Stacey and Carol Gale Dance Promotions for organising another fantastic competition. We had a wonderful day! ❤️
