Well that week just flew by ....

1. Still no clue what I'm doing but loving the process! Thank you for your patience with me 😂 loving my Monday night hoop ❤️ 

2. Monday coffee date with Nanny and my little man who was over his tummy bug but off preschool for 48 hours (and Spidey and his amazing friends of course who now have to come everywhere with us) 🕸️ ☕ 

3. Tuesdays making the gang hate me with some weight bearing and single arm work 😮‍💨 

4. Choosing me a little affirmation at random for the week 🤍 

5. Sunset on the way home from the evening mat classes making me feel all reflective and thankful 🌄

6. Comforting 'fakeaway' food on repeat this week

7. Thursday coffee date with followed by a walk round castle park and brunch topped off with new nails 💅🏻 

8. Friday mat classes launched 🚀 with some lovely new faces and some familiar ones 🫶🏻 

9. Friday night fun 👀 'get up' challenge

10. Saturday afternoon Happy Family card games with Auntie A after 4 fab classes at

11. Finishing the week strong covering at Lefina for the 2nd time in a week 🤍

12. All the Indian food, feeding time at the zoo aka Sunday family time 🥰

First full week back from holibobs, let's go!

Join me tomorrow:
- On the Reformer at Rivu 2 spaces at 10.30, 4 spaces at 11.30 & 12.30
- On the mat at Langham Community Centre, 4 spaces at 18.30 and 1 space 18.30

Week 22 / 52

Slowly getting back into the grove back home 🙂‍↕️

1 & 2. The week started in Malta with a morning of unexpected rock climbing, my only movement for the week but boy was it tough and fun! Lucky I took my gym stuff although didn't see the gym 😂.

3 & 4. Is how the rest of Monday & Tuesday went 🙌🏻

5 & 6. Wednesday was time to say bye bye to Malta which none of us were happy with 😭

7. We weren't ready to give up holiday life Thursday so headed to the beach for a picnic and spot of kite flying followed by ...

8. Little thank you BBQ with & for looking after our fur baby whilst we were away 🐾

9. Friday back at with some dowel newness for the crew

10. Saturday back at followed by ....

11. BBQ & riverside bevies for belated birthday celebrations for Stu🎈

12. Sunday was spent at home in PJs followed by a surprise recharge sleep 😂 thank you for leaving me sleeping and sorting the kids 🙌🏻
