What a lovely message from my new client. Hannah has been with me for 3 weeks has lost 4 pounds, is fitter, healthier and has more energy. What a nice message she also sent me. Hannah had started the plank challenge? Clients can you beat 2min 30 secs. You have til the end of may. I will be testing you when you see me. If you do from home I want video evidence. The person who wins gets a half price pt session. Good luck everyone. # plankchallenge

Emma did amazing today 2 miles no walking just running 🏃🏼‍♀️ she also got a free session as referred someone to me.
