Tuesday 4th – SNSKC first of the three training sessions over the summer school break.

**Kyu Grades:** We will continue preparing for the upcoming Kyu Grade Competition, building on the work we started on Friday. Our focus will be on improving your Kata and Kumite, helping you sharpen your skills, build confidence, and give yourself the very best opportunity to perform at your highest level in competition. Every training session is another step towards achieving your goals, so let's keep pushing forward together!

**Black Belts:** This is an exciting opportunity as we introduce a new advanced performance kata. This kata is one of the approved katas that Shodans can choose from as part of their grading requirements for achieving the prestigious rank of Second Dan Black Belt. Learning these katas early gives you a valuable head start on your Black Belt journey and demonstrates the importance of continuous learning and improvement. Every Black Belt was once a beginner who never gave up—keep training, keep challenging yourself, and continue striving for excellence.
