Merrell 'V***r Glove 3 - Luna LTR'.

After a recommendation for these I decided to give them a go and I'm very impressed 👏 They allow for full movement of the feet, whilst being light and roomy at the toes.

Since using 'barefoot' style footwear, it now feels restrictive for me when I wear anything that doesn't allow my toes to have adequate room to be in a natural position.

The soles are 'Vibram', and are extremely hard wearing whilst also giving me a feeling of connection to the ground which is important for how I like to move. I have noticed a gradual strength increase in my feet, ankles & calves since using 'barefoot' footwear.

I recommend giving these Merrell a go for all martial artists, not just for your training but for everyday wear when you don't need to wear formal footwear.
