On Monday evening our U12 Red’s visited Colchester Fitness Centre. Coaches Mark and Vicky put the boys through their paces with a session that included, wall balls, sumo deadlift high pulls, box jumps, push press and rowing. A big thank you to CrossFit DireWolf Kids and Teens. More pictures to follow!

EXCITING NEWS! 🎉
Our next fundraiser is officially re booked booked.

After the huge success of our Race Night, we're hoping this will be just as enjoyable and successful. There will be cash prizes up for grabs, with all remaining proceeds going straight back into the club to support the opening of the Pavilion at our amazing home ground clubhouse.

Children are very welcome to attend, however they will not be able to play bingo. Don't worry though, we'll have a fun game that the children can join in with too!
