Second Challenge of the year wrapped up. Smaller one than the first one of the year, but serious effort put in from all clients! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

The challenge consisted of building good healthy habits leading into the summer. These habits where things like attendance to sessions, hitting certain targets, showing a good attitude, working hard etc. This was ran for 6 weeks. The effort and commitment from all clients involved has been unreal! ๐Ÿ™Œ

A huge well done Mary for winning this Challenge! ๐Ÿฅ‡

There was serious effort from all clients across the 6 weeks!

The plan now is to carry these good habits and the same consistency throughout the year! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

๐Ÿ”ฅ KICKSTART CHALLENGE DONE!๐Ÿ”ฅ

From New Yearโ€™s right through to Easter, Iโ€™ve been running an in-house challenge with clients! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

The goal was simple: show up consistently and build up as much activity as possible over 13 weeks. The effort and commitment from all clients involved has been unreal! ๐Ÿ™Œ

A huge well done to the top 3:

๐Ÿฅ‡ 1st Place โ€“ Seaneen
๐Ÿฅˆ 2nd Place โ€“ Nicola
๐Ÿฅ‰ 3rd Place โ€“ John

There was serious effort from all clients across the full 13 weeks, but these three just edged it in the end!

More than anything, this challenge was about building momentum, creating and building healthier habits, and showing what consistency over time can do!

The plan now is to carry this same consistency forward into the next set of challenges throughout the year! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
