THE RULES
31 climbs Slieve Martin in January from forest office to Cairn.
By Foot or Bike
First climb on 1/1/19
Last Climb on 31/1/19
Maximum 7 in any week.

A Few Notes
1. No Litter please and if you see some pick it up.
2. Although the route is mostly obvious, at night or in mist/rain it is possible to get disorientated at top, so if you are not sure just head to the top of the switchbacks and forget the cairn.
3. Bring your phone and preferably another person.
4. Wear/Carry the right gear, it can be freezing on the top even when pleasant at the bottom.
5. The road up can be very icy at times ...be careful and DO NOT take your car to the top car park when it's icy.
