Took me 20 years to figure that out being overweight requires change, not wishful thinking.

Motivation doesn't exist either. You either decide to do something about it or you keep eating your way to an early grave, one day at a time.

And then one day, bam. It's too late.

I'm not bothered if you pick me as your coach but be aware, only you can make the difference to yourself.

And if your kids are watching you, just know they're going to follow in your footsteps.

Make sure those footsteps are worth following!!

It took me 20 years to finally understand how weight loss worked. I tried and failed every diet under the sun. I tried all the meal plans that had different personal trainers and nothing stuck.

When I started doing my own research and I finally worked out a method to ensure that I wasn't starving myself, to ensure that I was still getting my treats, and to ensure that I could eat what I want, I managed to lose weight exponentially.

The issue is the lack of education that we as overweight people think we know. We think we need to eat as little as possible to lose weight but it's not that. It's the exact opposite: eating more to ensure that we don't binge eat BUT low enough that we are in a defecit.

Slow and steady is the absolute key method to sustainable weight loss and I am happy to show you how. The issue is the calorie tracking apps absolutely restrict you so much that you've got no option but to do what your body is going to do naturally and eat, and then we blame ourselves because that's what's happened.

Stop buying 12-week lies. 🚩

​Most personal trainers are just selling you a sales pitch with "limited spots" to create fake urgency. They promise a beach body in 90 days, but they never tell you what happens on day 91.

​Real weight loss doesn't happen in a 3-month sprint. I lost over 100 pounds by ignoring the gimmicks and figuring out how to make fat loss work around a full-time job and a family.

​I'm sharing the exact framework I used to drop the weight and keep it off for good. No lettuce diets, no "stunt double" bu****it, just the logic of how to actually manage your calories when you're busy and knacker’d.

I found out the hard way.

I got fu**ed over by a well known "PT" who I paid a few thosand pound to.

Don't get roped in by all the shiny lights and smooth talking. Make sure if you're signing up to online coaching you're getting what you expect from the start.

There's loads of great PTs out there who will bend over backwards for their clients and some who have just made a name for themselves as they're good at marketing, fake reviews and bu****it transformations.

Everyone does this and it's the main reason the diet fails.

It took me decades to understand this and once I did it made it all clear.

Don't over restrict, have as many cals as you can but you're still in a deficit reduced the binge cycle.

Ranked: best fat loss food sources.

​Fat loss isn't a willpower problem. It’s a system problem. If you don't control your environment, your environment will control your results.

​The Hierarchy of Control:

​S TIER (The Gold Standard): Fresh Cooking. Total control over every calorie. Highest nutritional quality.

​A TIER (The Busy Win): High-Protein Ready Meals. Zero effort, but 100% accurate tracking. Essential when life gets busy.

​B TIER: Professional Meal Prep. High control, but high cost/logistics.

​C TIER: Recipe Boxes (Gousto/HelloFresh). Better than junk, but calorie counts are often guesses.

​D TIER: Eating "Healthy" at restaurants. You have no idea what’s in that sauce.

​E TIER (Total Chaos): Takeaways, frozen pizzas, and snacking. Zero control.

​The Reality:

You don’t have to be an S-Tier chef to lose 100lb. If you’re busy, an A-Tier ready meal is better than an S-Tier meal you never actually have time to cook.

​Pick the highest tier you can actually sustain.

The gym bro won't tell you this.

Ready meals are demonised, bad for you, full of E numbers. But most people have no idea what E numbers actually are. They're mostly standardised ingredients used in food preparation. Not some mystical potion designed to kill you.
