5️⃣ We have five inclusive groups on a Wednesday!

🏃‍♀ Group 1 - Sub 45 minute 10k / 4:45-5:15 min/km
🏃‍♂ Group 2 - Sub 52 minute 10k / 5:15-5:45 min/km
🏃🏻‍♀ Group 3 - Sub 60 minute 10k / 5:45-6:15 min/km
🏃 Group 4 - Sub 35 minute 5k / 6:15-7:00 min/km
🏃‍♀️ Group 5 - Sub 40 minute 5k / 7:00-8:00 min/km

Runs take about an hour and are usually a relaxed / social pace.

🥵 Thursday session is mixed ability fitness training usually involving hill reps or speed intervals. It’s still fun, always social and very relaxed.

📍 Clitheroe Cricket Club ⏰ 18:45 for a 19:00 start.

👋 Newcomers are always welcome for a free trial.
