All- Time 200m outdoor UK age records and once again Ron Taylor holds the longest 200m record set in 1990 with a time of 23.37 age 56 which was the European record M55 until it was Broken last year 2024 , it had taken 34 years to break , but he still holds the age record 35 years and counting .

Holiday finally started, with my first training session in 31 degrees.

1 minute hard run (1 minute walk) x 6
6 x 48 steps (walk down recovery)

Trying to squeeze training in at home in between work and other commitments always difficult, so to have so much time on my hands to prepare, execute and recover from training is a real luxury.

The smell of herbs wafting around is ‘interesting’! Can’t decide if they are a help or a hindrance 🤪🇯🇲

Monday upper 1, boxing 1
Tuesday hilly cycle (+ jab & karting!)
Wednesday gym legs 1, vibro core, plus physio (no running for a while until calf sorted)
Thursday upper 2, boxing 2
Friday long cycle, upper 3, boxing 3
Saturday rest day
Sunday hilly cycle, garden legs 1, massage gun

Grinding away, waiting until able to run again...
