CLEVEDON KETTLEBELLS - End of Term Round-Up
Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve posted…! 😬
Between coaching, training, life and health, doing stuff on socials has fallen way down my to do list. That said, of all those things, it’s by far the least important, so no apologies really! 🤭
I did just want to give a quick shout out to all my amazing Kettlebells members though - at the end of what has been a VERY STRONG term!
🍑 This week we reached the end of our Double Front SQUAT progression, which we started back in January.
And we have seen some serious PBs achieved over the last few days.
As well as great improvements in technique and confidence.
EVERYONE has increased the weights they are squatting; some people have doubled the weights they started with and a good number have squatted 1/2-3/4 of their bodyweight this week. Seriously impressed!!
A massive well done to everyone 👏
💪 This term, we also kicked off our PRESS programme, which will continue through to end of May.
Again, it’s been brilliant to see everyone starting to dial in their technique - especially around tension and breathing - and increase their press reps each week. I’m really looking forward to continuing this progression and seeing where we can get to with another few weeks training under our belts!
I am super chuffed and grateful that next term is another busy one, with all sessions full save for 🔸ONE last SPACE on a Wednesday 10.30am🔸
