Ever wondered the difference between Mat & Reformer?🧘🏽‍♀️

Mat pilates is where we learn the fundamentals, that we can then apply to the reformer, it builds strength using your own body weight, learning form & alignment and deep core connection🧘🏽‍♀️whereas reformer adds spring resistance for deeper muscle engagement & support, testing stabilisation on a moving platform💪🏼

If you’ve only ever tried one of the two, why not give the other a go and notice the similarities & differences, both leading to a stronger practice✨
