This year's winner of the Steven Kirk Award. Is Matt Eaton

We ask this young man to do it all, his open the batting, open the bowling as well as stepping up and keeping wicket for us.

This award was voted on by the players, he was pushed all the way by a great young man called Myles, I am sure next season they both will grow as players and people.

I know everyone at the club looks forward to seeing them both next season.

What can you say about Praveen, his smiling and energy levels just pick up the whole team, and his relationship with all the players, is a pure joy to see.

This is why, he won the Captain awards as well as the Dr Kevin Jacques award.

Our Skipper Matthew Revill had a great season with the ball
Div j leading wicket taker beating nearest rival by 4 wickets
38 wickets - winning the club most wickets
5-23 best bowling figures
Club MVP- via play cricket
Then to top it all off, the players voted him Players player.

I am sure there a young man in the photos what will be after getting his award back at some point. Especially after his performance yesterday, 2 over 2 wickets for 6 runs.

Some photos of our boys in action yesterday —what a great game it was, with both young and older players on show. We welcomed them all to our Party on the Pitch 2026. Thank you to all who helped; without Susan, Sarah, Alex, Graham, as well as Jamie, we wouldn’t have been able to put the day on. Thank you to all who were able to come along.
