Forgive yourself and love yourself as you are! What are you trying to prove!? What do you want to do? Build a strong foundation! It can be challenging getting back to strength after time off for whatever reason. It feels hard when we try to rush it.
That is why I Especially loved my session with Leslie Abrahams (if you have seen me lately you have seen the work!), for reminding me to slow down. I used to want things now and faster and more of them, but the message now is less hast more speed. Or less haste and less speed! đđ„°
Donât fall into the old personâs trap of trying to be who you WERE. When I say old I mean dead inside, not an age.
if you want to stick with yoga- I mean long enough for it to work- you donât need to try so hard. Just be consistent. Even consistent ish will do at the beginning.
