With the year drawing in and the new year coming up, I thought it would be nice to share a few reviews and transformations so far from the team…

Now online coaching really isn’t for everyone, but these guys absolutely show up for themselves every day, take accountability, have discipline and enough respect for themselves to put the work in day in day out, and hold their hands up when they need to and make no excuses

And that’s exactly why they have and are making the progress they are making

I couldn’t ask for more from my OC team!!

I’m super busy with face to face clients and don’t have the capacity to take on more for the new year, but I can make space for 2-3 online clients

For online coaching to work best for you, you must

- already have a level of discipline

- be able to take accountability for your actions and avoid making excuses

- have a fair level of understanding of form as I’m not physically there with you to watch the exercise

- be honest and be able to communicate with me fully over WhatsApp etc

- actually want to make a change and have the determination to do so, as I can’t do it for you, I can give you the tools, but in the end it’s all down to you 🫵🏻

Wedding prep ✔️ for 😮‍💨💪🏻

These are what results can be achieved if you stick to the plans, check in every week, are honest with what’s going on, and take accountability for your actions

No crazy fad diets or insane amounts of cardio needed, stop over complicating training and nutrition to get results, keep it simple and do the work 🤝

Our next goal is to go into a building phase, which I’m so excited for as Beth’s never gone through one of these before 😁 exciting things coming!

I have no doubts she will smash this next phase too as the graft this girl puts in is second to none 🔥

Happy birthday bestie 🥳

It’s crazy to think I met you through my job, and now you’re one of the people in my life I don’t go a day without speaking to, tell about any minor inconvenience to and the most pointless stuff to 🥹 and can always count on you to have a pint with me like the chezzy lasses we are 🙂‍↔️

Can I still drink alcohol on the weekend and reach my fat loss goal?

The answer is YES, however there are a few things you can do to ensure you don’t hinder progress

1) Calorie banking- essentially you are saving a bank of calories to spend on alcohol. E.g. saving 100 calories Monday-Friday will give you an extra 500 for drinks on Saturday!

2) Increasing energy output- Food and drink shouldn’t be ‘earned’ however moving a little more to create a larger deficit could be beneficial in a fat loss phase with the correct healthy mindset. Keep in mind you can’t out-train a poor diet

3) It’s a given but choosing light spirits and diet mixers that are lower calorie rather than chugging pints of ale!

All the above will help with staying on track with your fat loss goals or if you don’t do any of the above, it’s really not going to kill you. Enjoy life!! 😁

I feel like as humans we are lazy, we want the results without the work that goes into them, we want to lose weight without any knowledge on nutrition, food or what a calorie even is, we want to gain muscle when we don’t know how, why or what a macro is

Before starting a ‘diet’, do a bit of research into your health and what it needs, what real food is, what benefits it has on your body, stop looking for the easy options, quick fixes, diet trends etc

I have conversations with people who aren’t happy with their physique/health or their body confidence and they say ‘I tried so and so diet, and that really worked for me’… but it didn’t, because you’re back where you started?

Try and heal from within, give your body what it needs, feed your gut with love, and your body will start to love you back 🫶🏻

Eating healthy doesn’t mean eating boring

A lot of people go wrong with healthy eating because they eat plain chicken and rice or tuna salads every day, which no one will enjoy for a long period of time so it’s unsustainable

There are so many healthy whole foods, you just need to put the effort in to making meals out of them

Think HEALTH, and what’s going on inside, and you will reep the benefits on the outside 🤞🏻
