Why is it NEVER smooth first time?!

You measure it perfectly.
You add water.
You shake like your life depends on it…
Open the lid 
CLUMPS. 😭

Protein tip:
✔️ Add liquid first
✔️ Use a proper shaker
✔️ Blend if needed
✔️ Don’t eyeball the scoop

Protein shouldn’t feel like a workout before the workout.

But we still drink it… because results > texture.

Because not every session needs to be your best

It’s about ticking over, staying consistent, and doing what you can with what you’ve got.

One Bad Day Doesn’t Ruin Your Progress

🍨 Craving dessert but want to stay on track? Save this.

Low-calorie. High-protein. Zero guilt 👇

High-Protein Jelly Dessert
✅ 2 servings:
• 182 calories
• 29g protein

👉 Can also be split into 4 servings:
• 91 calories
• 14.5g protein

Ingredients:
• 200ml boiling water
• 1 sachet sugar-free jelly
• 200g Greek yoghurt
• 50g protein powder (2 scoops – vanilla works great)

Method:
1️⃣ Add jelly sachet to boiling water
2️⃣ Mix until fully dissolved
3️⃣ Add jelly mixture, Greek yoghurt & protein powder to blender
4️⃣ Blend until smooth
5️⃣ Pour into serving dishes
6️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or until set)
Light, sweet, filling — and perfect for fat loss.
