When you've got low testosterone, folks, let me tell you, it's not a good feeling.

Now, reducing stress, that's a big one. Stress can really throw your hormones out of whack, folks. And don't forget, treat yourself to spa days, sauna sessions, or even try out a float tank - they're amazing for relaxation.
