Day 1: ✅ Running

I say running, but total duration was 5 minutes before shin splints rugby tackled me, but starting is the most important part of development and improvement.

🤛 Several cardiovascular goals for remaining 2024 and tracking everything via ChatGPT.

Tomorrow begin taking mobility as serious as a competition 2 week prep and using the tools which do sweet jack s**t unless you actually frequently use em.

Followed up with a 20 minute walk for 25 mins total.

☀️ New chapter begins 📈

May look good on the outside but my word, I’ve felt rough on the inside. Having worked out 4-5 major things recently that have significantly reduced my health and well-being, October looking to be a blast.

Cheers to health 🥂🍻.

💊 Prep begins proper ..

Cycle going into tonight.. things going on get

Since getting to Dubai and temperature pretty much into 40c+ it’s amazing how many people and coaches here have zero knowledge on importance of salt/sodium when your sweating vastly.

This prep with the heat I’ll be topping 20-25g salt daily.
- UK sweat spot for me is around 15-18g.

1. Muscle Cramps and Weakness: Sodium plays a critical role in muscle contractions and nerve function. Insufficient sodium can lead to muscle cramps, spasms, and overall weakness, making it difficult to maintain a toned and strong physique.

2. Dehydration: Sodium helps regulate fluid balance in the body. A deficiency can lead to dehydration, which can cause muscle fatigue, reduced endurance, and diminished muscle tone.

3. Electrolyte Imbalance: Low sodium levels can lead to an imbalance of other electrolytes, such as potassium and magnesium, further affecting muscle function and overall physical appearance.

Gym Performance

1. Reduced Endurance and Strength: Sodium is essential for maintaining proper hydration and blood volume. Without adequate sodium, athletes may experience reduced endurance, strength, and power during workouts.

2. Impaired Recovery: Sodium helps with nutrient absorption and waste removal. A deficiency can impair recovery, leading to prolonged muscle soreness and reduced ability to perform in subsequent workouts.

3. Decreased Energy Levels: Sodium is crucial for nerve impulse transmission. Low sodium can result in decreased energy levels and increased fatigue, hindering performance during high-intensity exercises.

When you've got low testosterone, folks, let me tell you, it's not a good feeling.

Your energy levels tank, you lose that drive, your strength takes a hit, and the extra body fat starts piling up, your depression and more.

It can really throw a wrench in your plans to get in great shape, believe me.

And almost every guy, by the time they hit their 40s, or maybe even earlier, experiences these symptoms of low testosterone. It's not fun.

So here are a few things to turn it around:

First things first, let's talk about sleep. You need to get those Z's in, folks. Go to bed earlier, create a relaxing bedtime routine, and make your bedroom a sanctuary for rest. And let me tell you, cut down on those distractions in the bedroom - no TV, no phones, none of that. Better sleep, it's the foundation for higher testosterone levels.

Now, let's talk caffeine. You've got to watch it with that stuff. Especially in the afternoon, it's a killer. Start by cutting back, and maybe even switch to decaf in the afternoon. Trust me, it's going to make a difference including to your mental performance in work when your more rested!

Now, reducing stress, that's a big one. Stress can really throw your hormones out of whack, folks. So, take a step back, find ways to relax, whether it's through meditation, yoga, saunas, or even a nice soak in the tub. And hey, try out something like the Wim Hof method, it's a game-changer. And don't forget, treat yourself to spa days, sauna sessions, or even try out a float tank - they're amazing for relaxation.

So there you have it, folks. Better sleep, less caffeine, and reduce that stress. It's a winning formula for boosting those testosterone levels. Believe me, you'll thank me later.

If you want to further improve this taking various NATURAL supplements which are in my e-book: just message me after for it!

And here's a big one, folks: lift heavy weights. Resistance training, it's been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, it has a major positive effect on your testosterone. Make sure your workouts focus on progressive overload with compound exercises like squats, bench press, and deadlifts.

Now, these are just natural ways to boost your testosterone, and they'll work for those with decreasing but not rock-bottom levels. Some men might need to consider TRT, testosterone replacement therapy, but always remember, prevention is key. Start taking action now, even if your testosterone isn't rock bottom yet.

That way, you can build muscle, shed that fat, and look amazing well into your 30s, 40s, and beyond. Want more help with this?

Been a rollercoaster ride the last two weeks since deciding to prep but for the different reasons.

1. I’m have the most energy I’ve had in two years since returned to UK.

2. Im actually enjoying training for first time in many moons, partly as it made me so tired and affected work and all sorts after plus issues with my forearms.

3. Got my entire bloods done to review things (mainly iron - which I kept using for once for the test) and really showed the data I thought so made me more forceful spending $ to fix it.

4. Decided to get an IRON injection which had few years back: too many variables to say whether that is the solely why I 5x better.

It’s been so backwards for 2 years since came to UK, gradually overtime I’ve got more and more fatigued, demotivated due to chronic tiredness but light at the end of the tunnel.

Pending conclusion but couldn’t be happier right now.

#3 weeks out.

💭 How many plates are you spinning?

Hastily jumping into an activity, job, or something else can cause problems; sometimes a more consistent approach, even if it is slower, can be ideal and give better results.

🔥 Been spinning FAR too many plates for a while now and causing overwhelming stress and more

Finally bite the bullet and taken a different course of actions to reduce stress and ultimately achieve more personally and business wise.

P.S it’s amazing how many people think I wear a wedding ring as they don’t realise a picture is mirror lmao (it’s my right hand 😂).

Shoulder Development.

➡️Feedback from judges was I need to focus/improve on…

1️⃣ Shoulder development.
2️⃣ Overall muscularity and maintaining the symmetry I have.

Given I’m NOT natural I WILL be able to put muscle tissue on whilst getting leaner (don’t let people mislead you, that is possible, especially with muscle memory and a remote clue).

I was 180lb on morning of PCA Finals and expect to be 5lb heavier via carbs & hopefully bit of tissue. Much more organisation going into PCA Worlds in Birmingham.

Calorie deficit when I’m 3 weeks out.

LOW KCAL 👇

✅️ Another day boxed over in the trenches towards PCA finals.

1700kcals
212p
133c
40f

45 minutes fasted cardio
60 mins weights
20 mins cardio

Should be hitting sub 180lb mid next week. 2lb to go.

✅️ Pretty simple final weeks diet or not for finals, you’ll want to throw the towel in often, the hunger swings, low energy.

😋 Holding out for my big refeed this Saturday going carbzilla on cookies and burgers.

9 WEEKS. 🙌

Orginal plan was to bulk till 4 weeks out however given my inability to eat enough kcals across the week consistently, decided I'm gonna switch it.

85KG and reckon I've got 4KG to loose to be looking very lean before dehydration.

Always find cutting easy, for many reasons but next week it all properly doing some cardio, tracking food daily and the usual.

It's funny how I always feel so shy practicing posing or taking a video in my own gym, yet have won several competitions, a British final and mens' overall. A complete backwards mindset...

I've always had very bad confidence issues since I was a child and its impact till to this day although it may not seem it. The mind can be a confusing thing.

"Where's the best place for selfies in the gym"

"I dont know, this is my first time also". 🤣

Mens physique VS powerlifter. showing me he's still a badass after hanging up his bodybuilding days years ago.

10k weeks out now, time to actually get serious.
