How To Royally F**% Up Your Life 101:

Basing your life around some bad experience/s is not a wise choice to make...

It's not nice that bad things happen to people, but it's a reality of life...

And the past does NOT determine who you are...

Because if it did then every single human would be a mess...

But how come some people have been prisoners of war who saw unthinkable horrific things...

But after they got home they went on to live happy and fulfilled lives...

While others got beat up a few times in school carry around a dark cloud for the rest of their life...

It comes down to the way you are processing certain information...

If you go back and look at those pictures in your head every day about how bad things were then, of course, you'll feel bad...

But if you start to get curious about how good things could be...

Make those images big, bright and shiny in your mind's eye and step into those experiences then anything is possible...

Unfortunately, not many people base their life around a great experience that happened...

And then use that as a launchpad to feel even better after each thing they get done...

It would be a hell of a lot more useful than focusing on the bad' ol stuff lemme tell ya that...

Anyhoo...

The truth is your past does not determine your future...

Only the processes you're doing now inside your mind...

Think differently, feel differently and therefore act differently...

And your life begins to change...

Start NOW! You have my permission ;)

The best thing about the past is that it's over...

And the best thing about the future is that it contains unlimited possibilities...

Happy Fri-yay :)

SLEEP!

It's kinda important...

Operating on less than 6 isn't good for anyone...

When you sleep you repair and regenerate everything...

Mentally, emotionally and physically...

Your unconscious mind goes to work making sense of all the information you took in throughout the day...

And goes about sorting it into the relevant storage files...

Your body releases certain hormones to rebuild you from the cellular level up...

So here are some top tips for a good 7-8 hours every night...

1. Go to bed and wake up at the same time

2. Stop looking at screens 1 hour before bed

3. Wear an eye mask if your bedroom is not fully blacked out

4. Wear earplugs if there is outside noise that can disturb you

5. As you lay down focus on slow rhythmic breathing and allow your muscles to soften as you drift off.

Bonus Tip:
Imagine talking to yourself inside your mind in a slow sleepy drawn-out tone...

Say to yourself: "It's time to sleep. It's been a long day. It's time to relax and let go...."
