So this Tuesday our friend Lee Knowles donated his sleeping bags from him wining the half time competition at Salford City FC to the Ceremonial Mayor off Salford in association with Foundation 92. It was lovely to meet the Mayor & we all had a great time & chat together thank you Lee for your generosity ⚽️👍⚽️

Last month a member of the group won the half time game and in doing so won a £1000 voucher from Camptech Products. His first thought was how he could help others and asked for sleeping bags to give to those who need them most. On collection camptech had doubled the amount of sleeping bags to give out and with help from the great people at The Old Dead Tree Salford City FC Fanzine who have done amazing charity work in the past, a charity was found for all the sleeping bags to go to, to be given out. This is Salford! 👏
