Helen began the kickstart program with a goal and she has smashed it! Losing over two stone to achieve her target weight, but she won’t stop there!

Helen has been having two PT sessions a week and has followed a personalised program, which includes exercise choices that she enjoys, including weight-training, running and swimming. We have set nutritional goals that work for her and she has already set her sights on her next goal!

Today, I'm sharing 3 things that I wish someone had told me before I embarked on my fitness journey. Hopefully these help if you’re thinking about getting into fitness or even if you are already moving towards your goals!

1. Don’t try to be the best at everything all at once. Focus is important. Prioritise, plan and progress.

2. Not every training session will go how you want it to go but you do gain something from every session. Experience is growth.

3. Don’t limit yourself. You will achieve things that you did not think were possible and you will inspire people by doing so.

Remember, it's important to embrace the challenges, celebrate the victories, and keep pushing forward. You will achieve your goalsπŸ†πŸ‘πŸ‘
