Exciting opportunity (feel free to share 🙂)

Hello everyone, firstly I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Jack and I'm a local Personal Trainer and fitness instructor. I have my own professional and all inclusive studio on the Forest Vale Industrial estate in Cinderford. I have been in the fitness industry for the last ten years helping all ages and abilities achieve great results (both mentally and physically).

Personal Training - starting from £20pp

I offer tailored sessions on a 1:1, 1:2 and small group basis using a variety of equipment and training methods to gain maximum results, whilst also helping with nutritional plans and meal ideas.

Exercise classes - starting from £5pp

Variety of spin sessions using good quality bikes whilst incorporating core and toning exercises in some of the classes to achieve a full body workout. These sessions are a lot of fun and suitable for all.
