New timetable from the beginning of May
Exciting new sessions on a Monday evening at Church Stretton Boxing Club.
I’m afraid I’ve let go of my Wednesday evening sessions due to just being so busy at the moment but if you’re a regular to those sessions come along to a few others xx

Friday morning Pilates will be 11:10-12 every week now, come and give it a go.
No rush out of bed in the morning, take the day at your own pace ❤️
If you have missed other sessions during the week this could be the perfect time.
I have taken over the Friday morning classes at the leisure centre so have had to rearrange but lots think this will be a good change, especially those that like a cosy morning coffee tucked up in bed 🤫🤭☕️
