I promised myself I'd get into running once we moved to the coast and ... I'm trying 😂 I'm not a natural runner but a 6.30am sunny run is a pretty awesome way to start the day 💪 (even if I'm struggling to get up the stairs come evening 🙈😂) 🏃‍♀️

Seen this one doing the rounds and thought I'd join in! Mostly because many of the yoga teachers I know are very similar to me, but the perception of us is very different 😅 Including my own perception of what it was like to be a yoga teacher before I became one 😂

I'm not sure if it's the new area we live in, or now working in wellness and yoga...but I've never been asked to go for ...

I'm not sure if it's the new area we live in, or now working in wellness and yoga...but I've never been asked to go for so many coffee dates before with relative strangers, and I love it!! It can be lonely branching out on your own, no colleagues to bounce off, no immediate support system. But I'm slowly beginning to build my own network, connecting and collaborating with others in this space, and of course trying out many new coffee spots ☕😋 Any excuse !

I can't believe I've been teaching yoga for six months 😲 it honestly feels like 6 minutes 😂 it's wild to me that I'm a teacher - having spent a lifetime labelling myself as shy & introverted, I never thought I'd do something like this! And as much as I'm loving the journey, I am very much missing just being a student. Oh to go to a beautiful yoga class and disappear at the back, enjoying the flow 🧘‍♀️
