Oh wow… I don’t even know where to start other than thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To every single person who has liked, shared, commented, messaged me, and especially to those of you who turn up week after week — you honestly have no idea how much you mean to me. I truly couldn’t have done this without you.

Clubbercise has changed me in ways I never expected. It’s given me confidence when I didn’t have it, strength when I didn’t think I had any left, and a sense of belief in myself that I’ll be forever grateful for. What we have is so much more than just a class — it’s a community, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of it.

Thank you so much for understanding why I need to take a little break, and for supporting me with nothing but kindness and love. I appreciate every single one of you more than words can say.

I hope you all have the most amazing Christmas and a very happy New Year.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to take a couple of minutes tonight to say a really heartfelt thank you to all of you.

This past year has been absolutely amazing, and that’s completely down to the energy, support, and positivity you bring to every single class. I’ve genuinely loved teaching Clubbercise with you,the laughs, the glowing sticks, the sweaty dance-offs, all of it. You’ve made every session something I’ve looked forward to.

Unfortunately, because of some things going on at home, I’ve made the difficult decision to take a break from Clubbercise for a little while. My last class will be on the 17th of December.

This isn’t goodbye forever, just a pause, and I hope to be back when the time is right. Thank you again for showing up, for dancing your hearts out, and for supporting me more than you know.

You’re an amazing group, and I’ll truly miss our wednesday glow sessions. Let’s make these last classes together brilliant!”
