Our classes are a fantastic way to meet new people, to get fit and to learn an art that has been developed over a few thousand years. dents are all different shapes, sizes and ages. So please don't think that you have to be like Jackie Chan or superfit to come and have a go. Established in 1997 our club is one of the oldest and most respected martial arts school in West London. We ensure that we offer the best possible martial arts experience for beginners as well as experienced students. We have specific classes for beginners as well as a structured development programme which builds your confidence and skill over time. Our extensive children's classes accept young children from 6 years old and upwards. Our training and development programme helps build confidence, increases mental focus and fosters leadership. We honestly do feel our classes are the perfect blend of traditional teaching values, but are taught with a very modern and pragmatic approach that provides realistic self defence skills. What an amazing weekend!

I am truly lost for words and so very, very proud of all our students who took part in the System National Competition which saw over 250 students across the UK and Europe take part in a two day event.

Our students won a staggering 75 medals..

31 Gold
32 Silver
12 Bronze..

Thank you all so much for making this weekend one to remember.

Every single one of you are winners...

So immensely proud of our young students who graded for their first degree Black belts. Seven years of continuous dedicated hard work resulted in a much deserved promotion.

Also, a special mention to our three adult students who were promoted to 3rd degree black belt, the years of training and continued development of your skills was wonderful to see.

An amazing weekend for all our students.
