Mornings done differently ✨

This is what 10am looks like at Busylizzy – mums moving, babies playing, and nobody judging if you haven't brushed your hair yet 😅

Our Mummy&Me classes are the perfect excuse to get out of the house, meet other local mums who get it, and remember what your body can do (spoiler: more than you think).

No childcare needed. No pressure.

Just you, your baby, and a room full of women who understand that some days, just showing up is the win.

💔 A Bittersweet moment for us here at BusyLizzy Chiswick ❤️

Please join us in saying a heartfelt goodbye to one of our founding instructors, Venetia .uk , as she moves onto pastures new with her own studio at the end of June. 💕

Venetia has been part of the BusyLizzy Chiswick family from the very beginning, bringing so much energy, dedication, and support to our mums and little ones over the years. She will be hugely missed by our team and community, and we’re so grateful for everything she’s contributed. We wish her every success and happiness in this next adventure! 🌟

At the same time, we’re delighted to welcome Jennifer jennykeenoy to the BusyLizzy Chiswick village! 👋

Jennifer is a lovely new mum herself and an experienced instructor in Pilates (mat & reformer), Barre, and HIIT. We’re so excited for her to join our team this July and can’t wait for you all to meet her. 💪💙

This is what it's all about – pure joy, belly laughs, and those precious moments that make your heart absolutely burst.

Whether it's your baby's first giggle in class, a new friendship formed over coffee afterwards, or just getting out of the house and remembering you're more than just 'mum', these are the moments we live for at The Busylizzy Club. ✨

Our classes aren't just about ticking boxes or burning calories (though that's a nice bonus!). They're about creating space for connection, celebrating the small wins, and soaking up every second of this wild, wonderful journey with your little one.

These days don't last forever. But the memories and friendships do.

After seeing so many mums, mums-to-be, and their little ones come together in our classes — from prenatal and postnatal fitness to baby massage or music and sign sessions — it’s been incredible to watch such a positive, supportive vibe grow within our community 🤍

The connections being built between mums, babies, and bumps have been so special to witness… and it’s exactly what we dreamed this club would become. Thank you to everyone who’s joined us so far — for showing up, supporting one another, and truly being part of something meaningful 🐝
