Good luck to several of our athletes who will be competing in IronMan Wales tomorrow!
Ahead of them they have a 3.9km swim 🏊‍♂️, a 180km cycle 🚵‍♀️ and a marathon 🏃‍♂️
We know they’ll do really well and we’ll be cheering them on the whole time
