Masters Excitement hit fever pitch this week when Tiger firstly arrived to practice at Augusta and then announced he’d be teeing it up on Thursday attempting to match Jack Nicklaus and win his Sixth Green Jacket.

Despite his lack of tournament play recently, he’ll still attract a lot of interest in the betting.

Apart from Tiger, who else should we keep an eye on?

With the Masters being the only golf “Major” to return to the same venue each year, I’d always look at “horses for courses”, added to players who’ve been showing recent form.

Another key consideration is they’ve had quite an amount of rain in the last few days, so the longest hitters will have an advantage.

Five to watch who fall into these categories?
Scottie Scheffler
Jon Rahm
Dustin Johnson
Justin Thomas
Xander Schauffele

Who would I like to see win?
Without doubt I’d love to see Rory McIlroy put on the famous Green Jacket.
Ever since his meltdown in the 2011 Masters it’s been an obsession of his to win, which would also mean a career Grand Slam.
I’m keeping everything crossed for him (again) this year as it would be hugely popular and could well mean he’ll go on to dominate the game.

You definitely need to be a Sports enthusiast this week with:
1) Grand National on Saturday
2) Manchester City v Liverpool on Sunday
3) The Masters from Thurs to Sun

I hope you enjoy them along with some early Spring sunshine.
