PART 2 Calisthenics meets Reformer Pilates

working through isometric movements to challenge stability, balance and strength to support their powerful movements in Cali.

They usually go through movement heavily focused on upper body - training the hip flexors may have been a little 🤏 shock 🤭

The Cali boys take Reformer Pilates 🔥 this was their first time trying Reformer Pilates, when a machine gets involved it becomes totally different to the body weight exercises they are used to!
