House of Balance is proud to sponsor the upcoming Sellebrity Soccer Cray Wanderers FC celebrity charity match.

23 August. Kick off at 3pm.

The event is raising funds for the Red Eagle Foundation; an organisation dedicated to empowering disadvantaged children and granting wishes to those with life-limiting illnesses.

Their work provides essential support and opportunities to young people and their families.

Tickets for the match are available from £12 and can be purchased directly through Sellebrity Soccer.

For those who cannot attend but would still like to support the initiative, donations can be made via the same link.

Every contribution directly aids the foundation in continuing its work.

And we’re celebrating the only way we know how.

To mark three incredible years of House of Balance, we’re bringing you the ultimate summer Pilates party!

Join us for a fun, feel-good 50-minute class on the reformer, bringing that signature burn you know and love.

Think you need to be super flexible to do Reformer Pilates because you’ve seen legs in straps and all those advanced movements? Flexibility definitely helps, but you don’t need to be naturally flexible to get started!

Reformer Pilates challenges your mobility, control and range of motion, which is why flexibility plays an important role. The good news is that the more you practise, the stronger and more flexible you become over time.

At House of Balance, our instructors are here to guide and support you every step of the way, helping you build strength, confidence and flexibility at your own pace 💛

So don’t panic if you can’t touch your toes or do the splits, everyone starts somewhere and we’ll work on your flexibility together!!

As we welcome back to the instructor team, we’re also welcoming back her incredible experience, energy, and expertise.

After teaching Pilates across London, Sydney, Singapore and Dubai, Charlotte recognised that many instructors are looking for more support once they begin teaching in real studio environments. The kind of confidence, presence and practical teaching experience that develops over time.

The vision for House of Balance was to create a space that feels intimate, refined and welcoming, bringing reformer Pilates to everyone through carefully curated sessions and expert led teaching.
