An absolutely amazing and inspirational weekend watching these 3 warriors head onto the battlefield and sharpen their craft.

It really does go to show what hard work, consistency and a passion can really do.

These guys push themselves out of their comfort zone day in day out. But when it comes to stepping up, under the spot lights, and in front of the crowds, they have left nothing to chance and its truly down to the best man on the day.

The performances by all three of our competitors were outstanding, clinical and well executed. It was a pleasure and honour to watch them compete.

One of them even completing a total of 11 fights in one afternoon.

Truly inspiring! Thanks to for having us and putting on a great event. Huge props to all the coaches on the day

Another Subs & Setups! This time it's professor showing us his latest favourite submission that he's been playing with.

For those that know Jack and have had the opportunity to roll with him, you'll know he's not only a whizz at catching subs from the most unexpected positions, but is also a wizard of escaping any position or sub attempt. Then turning it around, to his advantage.

Always expect the unexpected when rolling with Professor Burrell.

The only thing thats guaranteed, is how giving he is with his knowledge, and, that he's 100% all-round nice guy.

They flew over to Paris for a rollantic weekend, and came back with matching medals.

Tough adult divisions as always. The IBJJF circuit is totally unforgiving. One misplaced limb, positional imbalance or a fraction too long in execute a transition, could be the difference between winning and losing.

Huge props to .soper7 for stepping up and giving it everything on the day. The performances were fire but just fell slightly short on points on the day.

Down, but definitely not out! We'll be back on IBJJF again throughout the rest of this year. Next event, London Spring Open 13th&14th June!

Today we have one of our Blue belts showing us his favourite submission.

The devastating North South Choke coined mostly by the legendary Marcelo Garcia. MG also does a version with the arm in too. Make sure you guys check it out.

In this weeks Subs & SetUps!

Ever wonder what’s going through head when he’s playing off his back? 💭 We managed to catch him to talk favorite finishes, and the verdict is in:

**The Armbar is King.** 👑
While some people see the closed guard as a defensive shell, Mario sees it as a trap waiting to be sprung. For him, there’s nothing more satisfying than that "gotcha" moment when an opponent looks to posture up and stand inside his guard.

Here he shows us the way he sets up the armbar from closed guard. We'll try get him back on, to also show us his Choi Bar setup from butterfly!....Watch this space🤙🏻

Silver Lining at the ADCC Trials 🥈🥋

4 fights. 3 submissions. 1 hell of a statement.

stepped onto the mats at the ADCC Trials this weekend in the stacked -76kg Pro Division, and he didn't just compete—he hunted.

The Road to the Podium

The energy was electric from the first whistle. Mario went on a absolute tear, dismantling his first three opponents and securing three back-to-back submissions to punch his ticket to the finals.

The Final Showdown

In the gold medal match, Mario faced a formidable opponent. For the first half of the fight, it was all Mario—dictating the pace, hitting crisp takedowns, and controlling the center of the mat.

In a game of inches and high-level transitions, his opponent found the window he needed, transitioning from mount to the back to seal the finish. It was a masterclass in BJJ from both sides.

The Result

Mario walks away with a hard-earned Silver Medal at a prestigious and high-level grappling event.

Massive respect to everyone who stepped onto the mats. Thank you 😤🔥

Massive congratulations to Jack Burrell and Nick Mighall on achieving a 2nd stripe on their black belt! Your dedication to mastering the art is an inspiration to everyone on the mats.

Also a HUGE shoutout to Luke Harding on his promotion to BROWN BELT! 🟤 This is a testament to years of relentless training, countless hours of sparring, and testing yourself in competition. You have served your time with grit and passion, and you’ve unequivocally earned this level up!

Incredibly proud of all three of you. As we all know, the promotions and the success only means that we keep pushing forward and that the grind never stops!
