This is a structured 6 or 12 week programme designed to help you understand how your body moves, reduce discomfort, and rebuild strength in a way that feels safe, calm, and achievable.
We work one‑to‑one in a quiet, private space, focusing on movement quality, confidence, and long‑term strength.
I’m opening 3 client spaces this month for people who want focused support and a clear plan forward.
I also offer regular personal training sessions for anyone who simply wants a safe, quiet place to get stronger, move better, or feel more at ease in their body.
