We don't just post when we win or something positive happens. What would be the point of that.

This could and should be a defining moment for this group who now or in the future will look back and think I learned that I never want to feel that sort of loss again and I improved because of it.

After all that's football and why we are here.

Our manager Steve Haynes thoughts on the first league game Vs Midhurst:

" It's finally upon us our first league game of the new season in div 1. We play a Midhurst side on their own turf who are usually an organised team who can play some good football. But we know from our performances pre-season that we can out play and out work teams so it is on us to turn up right and look to put that all together and get the result, as it's results that matter now we are into league competition.

We have a good enough squad available to get the result."

Wittering United reserves

We are still looking to add a couple of committed players to the squad for the upcoming season, am open to positions as we have an adaptive squad.

Now playing in wsfl division 1 south we are looking to push on and add committed players with the right mentality.

We have had a good pre-season and tested ourselves against good opposition, played some great football and building a team identity.

Training is currently held on Tuesdays with matches on Saturdays both in Chichester and looking for players that can attend both.

We look to play football the right way which is built on a team unit foundation.
Training is undertaken by qualified coaches with planned and structured sessions.

A forward thinking club with lots of plans both underway and in the near future, it is a great time to get involved.
