Important Update – Presentation Evening Postponed

Due to the England football match being played on the same evening as our Presentation Evening, the committee has discussed the situation and decided to postpone the event by one week.

The Presentation Evening and Finals will now take place on Tuesday 30th June.

The Summer League will begin on Tuesday 7th July.

We hope you all enjoy the football next week, wherever you choose to watch it, and we look forward to seeing you the following week for the finals and presentation evening.

Tomorrow’s competition night is Tuesday 2nd June, with Round 2 of the Scotch Doubles taking place.

Match Start Times

* The first matches will start promptly at 8:00 PM.
* If you would like some practice beforehand, please arrive early and practice before the 8:00 PM start.
* Once the first matches are completed, the next players may have a short practice session before starting their matches promptly.

Match Timing
If possible, please record the start of your match through the app. This provides the committee with valuable information on how long matches are taking and helps ensure future competitions run efficiently without too many games overrunning.

Submitting Scores
Competition scores can be submitted using the RackEmApp.

* Download the app by searching “RackEmApp” on the App Store or Google Play.
* If you already have an account, log in and select “My Matches” from the menu.
* If you do not have an account, press “Access Scoreboard” and enter the match code from the sheet below. Please note that match codes are case-sensitive.

Please keep the score updated throughout the match. Only one player needs to enter the scores, but both players should ensure the scores are agreed and accurate.

Division 1 Charity Quarter Finals will take place on Tuesday 26th May. And division 3 charity knockout competition

All matches are a race to 3 (best of 5 frames).

The competition sheet also shows the remaining format of the competition. We appreciate that not all rounds may be completed on the same night, which is absolutely fine. Any outstanding matches will be rearranged for another night at an alternative venue if required.

Please make sure you log into your match before play starts and record who wins the lag. This starts the timer so we can monitor how long matches are taking, from the opening lag right through to the final score submission.

Competition scores can be submitted using the RackEmApp, available on the App Store and Google Play.

If you already have an account, log in and go to “My Matches”.

If you do not have an account, select “Access Scoreboard” and enter the match code from the sheet below. Match codes are CASE SENSITIVE.

Please keep the score updated during play. Only one player needs to maintain the score, but both players should ensure the scores are agreed throughout the match.
