7 freaking years…

…Proudly owning AJs Gym.

What a real crazy ride. I wouldn’t change any of it. I’ve learnt a lot, grown a lot and met incredible people.

This year has been by far the best I could have expected. I’m so grateful to have Sam on board. I’m glad he can experience the anxiety and the stress of it all with me.
With him and Emma by my side. I can’t wait to grow this gym and community, that we all love.

Thank you to everyone that’s stood by me and the gym. Through the rough and the smooth. Without you guys none of it would be possible🫶🏼

A year ago I jumped on stage!

This look although looks kinda cool. Isn’t my everything in life.
Having a routine, making progress in my own lifts, working on my mental well-being and making memories with people that matter. That’s my life.

I preach this to my clients. Don’t obsess and there’s no need to do the extremes!
Find a routine, commit and be consistent, enjoy life and bit by bit you’ll hit your goals👊🏼

This time last year, I was prepping for the show!

14.6kg shifted in 4 months

Anything is achievable, you just have to have the right mindset and incredible support.

This transformation is my best one to date.
