Little run out to Tilston Wakes to participate in their annual Tug of War organised by phbooth

Zero technique 😂 but 1000% heart and willing. Had great fun, fantastic to be out of the gi with the gang 😳😆 and congratulations to the other teams. Seeing upside down, back to front AND on his back pulling himself TOWARDS the other team just makes me howl every time I see it 😂

We’re so much more than just a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club! Great people. Subworx 🤟🏻

If you just got your GCSE results today and don’t already train either us come and celebrate your successes with us at Subworx Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Chester by training with us for free for a whole week!

No contracts, no strings attached just a week on the mats learning BJJ to celebrate.

No need to book just come down to any session you like with your GCSE results printout (you don’t have to show us your results!) and away you go!

Then come and join our amazing friendly team at Subworx Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!

We have sessions 7 days a week across our two locations in Hoole and Saltney in Chester. You will gain confidence, make many amazing friends, get fit, learn to protect yourself and get involved with one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world!

There is something in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for everyone - whether you are 20 and want to train every day and compete or you are 60 and you want to train once a week and just get fitter then we are the club for you. We also have a twice weekly kids class that is fun, energetic and full of promising young martial artists!

First class is free, we have no contract monthly memberships and PAYG options and we can provide a uniform and belt for your first few sessions.

We are incredibly welcoming and have many new students starting all the time so come down and join us. No need to book just drop in and say hi!
