Ryan’s Current Availability for Weekly Sessions at The Orchard Gym Private Studio 🌳😊

Please see in the picture a list of times that are available for 1-1 PT for the new year! Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes and the max price for a session you’ll pay is an ethically priced £33, and less if you do more than one session 🌱

I’m personally looking to fill about 3-4 of these session times total so once they’re full I’ll remove this post again for the time being. There are also evening slots available for the first time in a very long time so if they suit you, please feel free to get in touch and grab them 😊👍🏼

Aside from that, I hope everyone had a great Christmas period and hope that everyone’s had a great start to the new year!🙏🏼

Donations for the Charity Vote for the Period of 12/25-02/24 🌳

Hello all, I’m going to be honest, I (Ryan) fell behind on admin recently (oops) so this post is a little late!

Regardless, at the end of February we donated a total of £120 to Claire’s House (£50), Guide Dogs UK (£40), and Mencap (£30) 😊

Like I said, I’m a little behind so I’ll be sending out the vote to clients for the March through to end of May period this coming week to get all that sorted!😊

It’s Sara, I’m very happy to announce I’ll be joining Ryan as a PT, opening up 1-1 personal training sessions in The Orchard Gym (Starting with Saturdays) 🌿

I am excited to be able to help with gym confidence, strength and all round feeling good. Being the person that hated PE at school, is hyper mobile and having turned into a weight lifting lover - my passion is to work with you to find your inner strength and we can create sessions that work best for you.

The Orchard Gym’s Charity Vote Results December to February 🌳

Included in this vote are:

Mencap - A charity which supports people and carers of people with learning disabilities. To quote them; “We fight for a kinder, fairer, and more inclusive society for people with learning disabilities to live in”.

Guide Dog’s UK - A charity which provides trained guide dogs to people with visual impairment and other qualifying disabilities to help people live as independently as possible with their disability.

Claire’s House - A children’s hospice based in the Wirral which aims to help terminally ill children live life to the full by creating experiences, providing specialist end of life care, and emotional support to families of the children in their care.

The ratios of the votes are 6:8:10 respectively (see picture), and 10% of profits for the period will be donated to the charities in line with those ratios 😊

So this time, 10% profit for the period shook out at around £175 which we split across the 3 votes for charities seen 😊

Thanks to all clients who enjoyed sessions here during the period and make these things possible!💚

** small note: the donation to Tommy’s was made, but no email confirmation was sent. We donated £50 but have no confirmation of that other than the Tommy’s outgoing on a bank statement which I attached on picture 1 😊

New Launch: Online Coaching Blended with In-Person 🌳

Firstly, as I say in the video, in-person coaching is always going to be the gold-standard… however, I think a service which blends in person coaching, with the affordability of online coaching can really help a lot of people!

* Fridays: 13:00

Of these sessions, we’re looking to fill 1 of them (NEARLY FULL), and then our diary will be closed for the time being. At which point, we’ll create a waiting list 😊
