⚽️ What a fantastic first session! 🦁

Chester-le-Street FC hosted their very first Mini & Little Cubs session this morning, and what a brilliant turnout! 🙌

Over 30 smiling faces came along, enjoying themselves, having fun and taking those first exciting steps on their football journey. ❤️⚽️

The kids absolutely loved it — even the rain couldn’t dampen their spirits! 🌧️😄

A huge well done to all the children, parents and coaches for making it such a fantastic morning.

Our first team were on the road today against Billingham United, with a few injuries and players away we knew today was going to be a tough challenge. Speaking to Anth and Wes after the game they were both ecstatic at how the young players applied themselves today.

“Every single one of those players gave their all today and we couldn’t be happier, all we asked was that they apply themselves in the right manner and they certainly didn’t disappoint. It was a strange game appart from one big save from Henry in the first half which come down from the underside of the bar and our goal from Lennon Gamble I don’t really remember many chances at both ends. It was a scrappy game and certainly wasn’t pretty, it’s definitely one we will look back on at the end of the season and appreciate the 3 points”

As we head into the start of another football season, we want to wish all of our teams and every one of our players the very best of luck! 💛

We’ve battled through a lot as a brand-new football club. We’ve faced challenges along the way, but we’ve kept pushing forward, and most importantly, we continue to grow, develop and build something special for our community. 🙌

This weekend, it’s time to get out there and show everyone what we can do! 💪⚽️

Go out, enjoy yourselves, play with pride, support each other and give it your all. Have fun and keep doing your best — that’s all we ask of you.
