This transformation has been nothing but hard work and discipline. Jon has shown up every single week, every single month, and just got the job done. No excuses. No cutting corners. He trusted the process and did exactly what I told him to do, and the results speak for themselves.

Struggling to stay consistent? Read this.

I’ve been dealing with some pretty intense health issues recently, and staying on track has not been easy. But I know that discipline and routine keep me structured.

I try not to let things get on top of me. I just do what I can, because the main thing is to not lose momentum. Sometimes your goals will shift slightly, and that is fine. It is about making adjustments and continuing to move forward.

You finally get into a good rhythm. Training hard, eating well, feeling better. Then life throws something at you. Work stress, family problems, bad sleep, unexpected chaos. Before you know it, your routine is gone, motivation disappears, and progress stalls.

This happens to everyone. The difference is how quickly you reset.

Here’s how to get back on track.

1️⃣ Adapt instead of stopping. If you are exhausted, do a lower-volume session or swap it for something less mentally demanding like a long walk. Stopping completely makes it harder to start again.

2️⃣ Set a minimum standard. If you usually train 4 times a week but can only manage three, that is still progress. If your nutrition is off, focus on hitting your protein target. Small wins stop things from spiralling.

3️⃣ Do not wait to feel motivated. Action builds momentum. The more you sit around waiting for motivation, the harder it becomes to start again. Get moving, even if it is just one small step.

4️⃣ Control what you can. If you can not train today, get your steps in. If your sleep is bad, get your hydration and nutrition right. There is always something within your control.

Falling off track is not failure. Staying off track is. Stop waiting for the perfect time and take the next step now.

The Truth About Progress..

Everyone wants quick results. It’s natural. Building muscle, getting stronger, healing from pain, and making real, lasting changes takes time!

For most people, the first 6 months to a year is where you’ll see the biggest progress. After that, things slow down.

If you’re chasing a quick fix, motivation will only take you so far..

I’ve battled multiple injuries, chronic pain, and other health issues. I don’t have elite genetics.

I haven’t been at my absolute best recently. But when I look back, I realise I haven’t missed a single session in like 3 years. Some days were better than others, but every time I trained, I gave it f**kin everything!

That’s the mindset you need. Life gets in the way, things won’t be perfect, but if you keep showing up and doing the work, the results will come.

Small, consistent efforts over time lead to massive changes. Stop fighting the process. Stop resisting tracking your food or getting your sessions in. If you hate every step you’ll burn out.

Most of us start training for aesthetics, but at some point, it becomes about more than just looking good on holiday. As you approach 30, you realise this is about living as long and as well as possible.

So stick with it. Ride the waves of motivation, but don’t rely on it. Focus on your training. Get stronger. Keep showing up.

The gains will come....

has absolutely smashed his transformation, dropping 30 lbs (13.6 kg) ⚖️

Going from 205 lbs (93 kg) to 175 lbs (79.3 kg)—while building a serious amount of muscle along the way.

Lewis has been training with me for just over a year, and despite his demanding job and busy dad life, he never made excuses. He committed to four gym sessions a week and mixed in cardio, whether through cycling or just staying active with his hobbies golf being a major one!

Not only has he leaned out and built muscle, but he’s also gained confidence and a physique that allows him to fully enjoy the active lifestyle he loves. Watching him navigate the gym with ease and take control of his health has been great.

This journey hasn’t been without setbacks..

Lewis underwent forearm surgery, which could have thrown him off track. But instead of slowing down, we adapted. We focused on leg training during recovery and worked through rehab to restore his strength, ensuring there were no inefficiencies.

I couldn’t be prouder of him, not just for the transformation, but for the discipline, resilience, and dedication he’s shown. More than just a client, he’s become a great friend, and it’s been a pleasure to guide him through this.
