Hello all! Not many classes left with me until January 2022. Here's the list!

Spin cheltenham. 7.10pm. 45mins. Tues 14th..Thurs 16th..Tues 21st..Thurs 23rd..

Then we restart on Tuesday 4th January..back to a 7pm start!

Last zumba this year is Friday 17th! At the hindu Community Centre..Swindon Road.. £4 pay as you go. 6pm..1hr long. We restart on Friday 7th January!

Anymore information needed. Message me! See you at a class soon or in the new year to kick-start your fitness x

Hey all...haven't posted in a while. Classes are still in full swing.

Spin at Simply gym Cheltenham every tues and thurs. 7.10pm start..45mins. Must book !

Zumba every Friday at the hindu community centre off Swindon road. £4. Pay as you go. 6.30pm start. 1hr long.

Please note no Zumba on Friday 23rd July as I'm off out for the evening!

Wow. What a week! I cant describe how happy I am to be back teaching. ❤. I've really missed it. Had such fun and loved seeing everyone's energy..sweat and tired faces! Same next week? X

This big smile says I cannot wait to see you all at spin or zumba classes shortly!!

I've been putting the hours in so I'm ready to commence teaching again!

All being good you'll see me every Tuesday and thursday for spin at simply gym Cheltenham. 7.10pm start..45mins.. yes I am doing another permanent class there woop woop!

Zumba also will resume on fridays from 6.30pm. For an hour. Pay as you go at the hindu community centre Swindon road.

I'll update you in the week to confirm everything...

But I cannot wait ###

Tuesday 22nd december. ay 15th Dec. Spin at simply gym Cheltenham. 7.10pm start. 45mins...we will finish off on a high before CHRISTMAS!!!

£4 pay as you go. All social distanced..nice big hall. Friendly ladies . A good friday fun session! Open to all..ages 16+..all abilities welcomed. High impact and low impact moves . I can tailor it to your abilities. Find me at the Hindu community centre .. near the royal mail sorting office. X

First my tuesday class. 7.10pm. 45mins..simply gym Cheltenham. Always busy..book on as usually theres a waiting list .

Second one is a cover class. I'm covering thursday 29th October...7.10pm. 45mins again at simply gym Cheltenham.
